The top greyhounds, the best of the greyhound racing industry, are anticipated to race for the “$75,000 to the winner” of the Wrest Point Hobart Thousand. The action will be on Thursday, December 17, at the Tattersall’s Park.

Gardam Prince must have been so prepared for the event title and the prize pool that comes along with it.

The Wrest Point Hobart Thousand first took place in 1935 and so far is considered as the longest classic event when it comes to the Australian Greyhound Racing.

The said event can really just draw in even the best racing greyhounds. It is a classic one and just have a really tempting prize pool which now is “$75,000 to the winner”.
