The Gardens Presented New 400 Meter Starting Point

The Gardens, a week after presenting the improved catching pen area, finally got the chance to present another part of the upgrade program of the track the new 400 meter starting point. According to reports, the track, a week after presenting the better catching pen area, was able to have the new 400 meter starting point presented. And greyhound racing enthusiasts were just so happy with the track being able to introduce to them the new starting point that replaced the original 413 meter boxes.

Yes, the new 400 meter starting point replaced the original 413 meter boxes. And it was to give racers a fairer and of course safer start by making the first 30 meters a straighter run.

The National Coursing Association or NCA believed that no bend start can be perfect but then the new starting point for the short course races can be really helpful to all racers, thus can be considered great accomplishment. The new 400 meter starting point can’t be considered perfect but then at least can allow racers to have fairer and safer start, it can be really helpful to them.

The new 400 meter starting point was presented along with the NSW NCA Maiden. But the event was not the feature event instead it was race six, the Gardens Social Club Versatility Final over 515 meters. Race six was for the racers that qualified over 413 meters.

We believe that it is true, no bend start can be perfect however The Gardens’ new starting point for the short course races can just be really helpful to all of the racers. The new 400 meter starting point can provide a straighter run for the first 30 meters and so then can provide a fairer and safer start to racers, it can be really helpful to them.
