Sittingbourne to Rejoin the Bags Service

It is confirmed, Sittingbourne is about to rejoin the Bags service, most likely this December 10. This is really a good news for all connected with the track that we can all remember being suspended from its Thursday and Saturday night slots several months ago.

The suspension was believed to be because of reported lack of confidence in betting ring. But gone are the bad weeks of no Thursday and Saturday night slots, and now promoter Roger Cearns can smile again because of the good news.

Though he has added services of sports betting firm and Gary Wiltshire to the ranks of on-course after the suspension he still seems not that confident of doing so, therefore actually said that, “It’s been hard for us to remedy this situation as there had been no isolated incident that we could target and resolve – it wasn’t like we’d had a doctored track or a wrong dog incident. However, I’m delighted that Bags have shown their restored confidence in us and what we do, and we will focus on providing the best quality service that we can”.

While Bags director John Johnson said that, “discussions have taken place with the Sittingbourne management, various issues have been addressed, and I can confirm they will rejoin the service from December 10”.

It is really something good to know, at least, Sittingbourne management and Bags are now again in good terms. All who are connected with Sittingbourne can now feel relieved with the positive move of Bags. And Bags can now move forward in its pursuit considering the talks with Sittingbourne management were carried out and different issues have been addressed. Finally, Sittingbourne can rejoin the Bags services pretty soon. Everything that needs to be settled was settled peacefully. It is just a matter of time for things to be resolved nicely.
