Yes, it is confirmed, the Monday races of Wentworth Park Greyhounds will become Friday races starting this July. Beginning on July 2, the races that supposedly must be held on Mondays will be held on Fridays.
And the NSW GBOTA will conduct the metropolitan Greyhound Racing at its famous Glebe headquarters on every Friday and then Saturday night. The normal ten race program will be featured of course including the full TAB and Sky Racing coverage.
On Fridays, the action will start at 6:30 pm while on Saturdays, at
7:30 pm.
Well some greyhound racing fans might not agree and become just unhappy about the Monday races becoming Friday races. They must be glad with the Monday races just being Monday races. However, the change made on the schedule might just really help Greyhound Racing in NSW get some new marketing and hospitality opportunities. The change might be really a good thing for the Greyhound Racing in NSW. Thus, the change must become something just acceptable for some.
But naturally, many will be in favor of the new schedule with the Sydney metropolitan greyhound meetings getting the prime time slots. Many will be glad about the new schedule, the better time slots.
On Fridays, the gates open at 5:00 pm and on Saturdays, at 5:30 pm. The entry fee for adults is $5.50, while for children there is no entry fee.
This coming July, everyone can just check out Wentworth Park Greyhounds and get to enjoy the Friday races. Everyone can just be at Wentworth Park Greyhounds and get to experience races on a Friday night. And the entry fee is just $5.50 for adults and just no entry fee for children.
