Broadbent Proud of Son Of Vieri

It seemed that Neville Broadbent was very happy when Son Of Vieri delivered at Wentworth Park. The trainer was contented as the racing greyhound was successful and just became a city winner. He was able to start properly and to have the big lead also to win. It was challenging considering he even started with other talented racing greyhounds. He just really tried to perform well.

Broadbent said also as revealed by the reports: “It was a great night. Son Of Vieri has speed to burn, but he does get very tired at the end of 500. He must have been ten lengths in front down the back – it was a big thrill to train my first city winner. I raced this dog’s mother Lady Vieri and I trained her to win a Singleton Oaks.”

Broadbent tried to train properly Son Of Vieri and even the other racing greyhounds also under the care of the trainer. The racing greyhounds also tried to deliver, most especially Son Of Vieri. He tried to succeed at Wentworth Park. The trainer was proud of him and even his accomplishment. It was right to really try to train him and even the other racing greyhounds. It was challenging. However, he and the others also tried to just perform well to win. It was also right to try training racing greyhounds and just be part of greyhound racing. There were accomplishments already enjoyed.

Broadbent, in addition, said: “Overall, Lady Vieri had 22 starts for eight wins and ten placings. She has only produced the one litter and I train Son Of Vieri’s sisters, Cheeky Vieri (12 wins) and Princess Vieri (3 wins). John Crossley has two of the litter, Sins Sister and Brat Pack, and they have won 18 races between them. John Munro introduced me to greyhound racing when I lived at Cessnock.”
