Blue Lorian Named AGRA’s Greyhound of the Month for July

Supporters of Blue Lorian were so happy with the stayer’s new achievement. He has beaten Group 1 winner El Grand Senor and Group 2 winners Flash Of Light, Din’s Son, Mr. Metz, Rock Pool and Did I Entertain for AGRA’s Greyhound of the Month title for July 2010.

The talented stayer won all four starts he had in July. Two starts were at Cannington and two also were at The Meadows for the heat and final of the AWM Distance Title. But not only in July that he had great accomplishments but also in June with three successful starts, two over 642 at Cannington and one over the 715.

After running in Queensland and WA, Blue Lorian went home to New South Wales. He went home to actually compete in one of the two heats of the National Distance Championship at Wentworth Park.

Blue Lorian is a Blue dog by Surf Lorian from Winsome Bluebird. He is being raced and trained by Peter Whye at Narellan in New South Wales. In total, he has won 21 races and has 15 placings. To date, he has a record of 42 starts. And he has prize money at $132,195.

Well, Blue Lorian is a talented stayer. For us, he is just starting to prove that he is. We believe that he will be delivering more amazing performances to just truly prove that he is a talented stayer. Of course, this would be possible with help of Whye.

We don’t wonder why Blue Lorian has many supporters. He is truly the kind of racer to watch out for.

Whye is lucky to have Blue Lorian. But then, the dog is also fortunate to have the trainer. He was able to make the most out of what he got with the help of the trainer.
